Close Control - Constant Output (Microvap LMD)
Laboratories are typically small spaces with frequent and sometimes continuous fresh air change, where humidity must be maintained within close tolerances. Brief 'blips' in humidity levels associated with the Humidifier feed and drain cycles are usually unacceptable. To meet these exacting demands we have developed Microvap LMD, a range of twin cylinder units that will deliver and maintain humidification instantly modulated to match changes in demand.

Microvap LMD combines Varivap proportional control with the new VOS-6 system and additional special software routines. When operating normally, each cylinder delivers 50% of humidity demand. Whenever one cylinder needs to feed or drain, the other cylinder instantly increase output to compensate. The result, a modulating close tolerance uninterrupted steam supply.

Signals
The new range of Microvaps will respond to all common control signals which can be simply connected to the Microvap controller. There is signal isolation and the connection is not polarity sensitive which helps facilitate installation.
